The things people ask
Honestly, yes — and scepticism is a better starting point than blind faith, because you will actually pay attention to what changes. Nothing in the app asks you to believe anything. It asks you to write things down, sit still for a few minutes, and notice what you say yes and no to afterwards. Whether you call the result manifestation or self-concept work, the practice is identical and so are the effects.
No. There is no doctrine, no deity, and nothing you have to sign up to. The moon phases are used the way anyone uses a calendar — as a recurring prompt that arrives without you scheduling it. If you have your own faith, nothing here conflicts with it. If you have none, nothing here asks for one.
Four minutes is a real session, not a token one. The shortest rituals are four minutes, the shortest meditation is six, and the daily affirmation takes as long as reading one sentence. Your first week is one task a day, deliberately small. If you have thirty minutes there is plenty to fill it, but the app is designed around the assumption that most days you do not.
Nothing happens. There is no punishment, no broken-streak graphic, no guilt notification. After a few quiet days the app checks in once, gently, and asks what got in the way — with private options you can tap, or you can dismiss it. Then it helps you restart with whatever feels easiest. Coming back is the skill, and the app is built to make it easy.
Completely. Everything you write, record or pin is private to your account. We never use your entries for advertising, never show them to other members, and there is no social feed. You can export everything or delete your account permanently from Settings at any time, and deleting really does delete.
If all you want is a blank page, use paper — genuinely. What you are paying for is the structured methods laid out so you never have to design them, the guided visualizations and meditations, the filmed rituals, and the Studio that writes a personalised visualization from your own details. The journal is one part of six.
Autumn 2026. We're finishing the ritual films and recording the meditations now. Anyone on the notify list gets in first, before anyone else, and keeps founding pricing for as long as they stay.
Not a thing. Your first week is guided one step a day — a visualization, then a cheque, then 369, and so on. You don't have to design your own practice.
Then you're like everyone. There's no shouting here and no streak guilt — if you disappear for a week, the app checks in kindly and helps you start again wherever feels easy.
Completely. Everything you write, record or pin stays private to your account. We never use it for advertising and never show it to anyone. You can export or delete all of it at any time.
The practice is already built. Guided visualizations, filmed rituals, structured 369 and scripting templates, a cheque exercise, and your evidence collected in one place — so showing up is the only thing left to do.
For new members, yes — as the library grows. If you join from the notify list, your price is locked for as long as you're a member, however much we add.
No — those are my separate workbooks, sold on their own. They work beautifully alongside the app, but you don't need them to get everything out of a membership.
Yes, after iOS settles. Join the notify list and tick Android when we ask, and you'll be first to know.
